Comments: This document also addresses entitlements, but also specifically provides instructions on contacting the Carlson-Sato Travel Office to make reservations to return.  This document pertains to family members of Air Force and Marine Corps sponsors, except those assigned to Camp Zama.  Camp Zama will be contacting all family through their sponsors, regardless of Service (except Navy), to arrange return transportation.  All Navy family members will contact their sponsors who will arrange transportation through the installation CTO.  Navy sponsors on non-Navy installations will contact the nearest Navy installation.

For Misawa family members, additional Patriot Express flights out of Seattle-Tacoma to Misawa have been added for 21, 23 and 24 Apr.  Family members should e-mail the JAPAN EFM REINTEGRATION DATA WORKSHEET to Carlson-SATO at JAPAN@CWTSATOTRAVEL.COM. Carlson will then forward this data to the Misawa TMO to book seats on one of the Patriot Express flights.  Once Misawa TMO provides Carlson the Patriot Express confirmed reservation, Carlson will book commercial transportation to
