Verint widgets are customizable components used within Verint groups to add functionality and interactivity to pages. Widgets can display different types of content, perform specific actions, and allow user engagement. 

Widgets can be installed on any Verint page or application.

Add a Widget:

• Navigate to the page onto which the widget will be installed.
• Click Manage (pencil icon in the upper left corner) > Manage Group Theme.
• Select Edit this Page.
• Search/Select a widget from the Widget Library.
• Use the “Find a Widget” search bar or scroll down through the menu to browse widgets.
• Drag and drop the widget to the desired location on the page.
• Click Publish to save changes.

Edit a Widget

• Hover over the widget you want to edit and click the “Configure” icon (gear).
• Adjust settings as desired.
• Click “Save” to apply the updates to the widget and "Publish" to save all changes.

Delete a Widget

• Find the widget you wish to delete on your page.
• Hover over the widget and click the “Delete” icon (represented by an X).
• Confirm the action when prompted to remove the widget from the page.

Rearrange Widgets

• Click and hold the widget you want to move, then drag it to the desired location on the page.
• Release the mouse button to drop the widget in its new position.
• Continue rearranging widgets until the desired layout is achieved.

Best Practices

• The most important widgets should be located in the upper left corner of the page. Lower priority widgets should be located towards the right and lower areas of the page.
• Keep text to a minimum.
• Mix text with images or graphics
• Use the tabs along the top of the page to give users links to other pages in your group

• Description: A list of members in a specific group/community.
• Usage: Add this widget within groups to display members and their profiles. Adjust settings to filter and sort members.

• Description: Lists available wiki pages or categories within the community.

• Description: Displays a cloud of popular tags used across the community.
• Usage: Helps users navigate content by clicking on tags. Adjust settings to display a specific number of tags or exclude certain categories.

• Usage: Add this widget to areas where users frequently interact. Configure it to link directly to relevant forums or groups.
