You must create a new account with a different email to change your username, or submit a ticket here: https://www.apan.org/pages/support using our Fix Something portal to request account deletion and release your email for a new account.

Forgot Your Username? Here's How to Recover It:

  1. Click Forgot Username on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter the primary or recovery email address associated with the account.
  3. Alternatively, use this link: https://passport.apan.org/home/accountrecovery to retrieve both your username and reset your password simultaneously (Note: This can only be used once every 24 hours)
