Disabled Account

Recover a Disabled Account:

  1. APAN accounts are disabled after 35days of inactivity.
  2. If you try logging in with a disabled account, you will be alerted that Account is Disabled.
  3. You have two options to recover the account:
    • First, after seeing the disabled alert, click the link Confirm your Identity > Provide the primary and recovery email addresses associated with the account.
    • A recovery email will be sent to you. Follow the link to enable the account and reset your password (valid for 120 minutes).
      Note: This can only be done once every 24 hours.
  4. Alternatively, submit a ticket here: https://www.apan.org/pages/support using our Fix Something portal
