2017 Annual Review for the AFOSR High Speed Aerodynamics Portfolio and the ONR Hypersonics Portfolio

Drs. Ivett A. Leyva and Knox Millsaps invite you to attend the 2017 Annual Review for the AFOSR High Speed Aerodynamics Portfolio and the ONR Hypersonics Portfolio to be held July 24-27, 2017 at the NASA Langley Research Center, 1 Langley Blvd., Hampton, Virginia 23681. The Conference Center is Building 2102, Room 108: Pearl Young Theater. (see map in the NASA Visitor's Guide)

Please Be Advised:  Registration is closed due to maximum room capacity.

Attendees:
1) Arrive to the Visitor's Center at 6.30AM (recommended) but no later than 7AM to register and get your badge.
2A) If you are a Foreign National, please wait until you are assigned an escort. Please bring your passport and visa (if applicable).
2B) If you are a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen, proceed to the Conference Center (Bldg. 2102) after you get your badge. Please bring your passport and green card (if applicable) for ID.

We recommend that you carpool since parking is limited.  Your badge will be good for the 4 days of the review so you only need to go to the Visitor's Center the 1st day.

Attendees are responsible for their own lodging. For your convenience here are some hotels: (see the NASA Visitor's Guide as well)

(1) Candlewood Suites, 401 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA, (757) 766-8976. Quiet location (nice 5K run/walk trail across from it), 3 miles from NASA LaRC.

(2) Crowne Plaza Hampton-Marina, 700 Settlers Landing Rd, Hampton, VA (757) 727-9700. Downtown on the Hampton Waterfront, 6 miles from NASA LaRC, right next to the Air & Space Museum, and an easy walk to a number of good restaurants on Queensway in small, walkable Old Hampton.
