The meeting will highlight 3 areas which we here at SOARD are particularly invested in: Space Weather, Space Situational Awareness and Big (Space-related) Data. We will be presenting some key existing programs and funded efforts as well as many proposed efforts. We are particularly interested in possible teaming arrangements and instrument hosting

REGISTRATION: No charge. Light snacks and coffee will be provided throughout but other meals and accommodation will be at attendees expense.
TRANSPORT: Return bus transport for the site visits on Wednesday will be provided (from University of La Serena), but attendees will be responsible for all other transport. La Serena is a one hour flight north of Santiago and the university is 10 minutes drive from the airport.
LODGING: There are many possible hotels but we recommend the Enjoy Coquimbo Hotel de la Bahia: www.enjoy.cl/coquimbo/en/hotel
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some nationalities may require a visa for entry into Chile. You should find out the requirement for your nationality and, if necessary, apply ASAP. Official letters of invitation can be provided upon request by contacting MaldonadoKA@state.gov.
CLEARANCE/SECURITY: Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary clearances and permissions for their attendance and presentation materials through their own office(s). All presentations are to be unclassified level and Distribution A. At check-in, presenters must provide an electronic copy of their talks for distribution to all attendees at the completion of the meeting.
