Doolittle Policies

While visiting our facility, here are a few reminders for you to review:

The facility opens at 7:45 and closes promptly at 5:00 daily.
Parking map and instructions for our facility.
- DI has been allocated very specific, parking spaces in front of our facility and they are outlined in green. These spaces are typically reserved for Designated Guests visiting our facility. The spaces outlined in white are for retail customers only.
- We request all guests utilize the available parking located on the side and rear of our premises. The side door entrance is marked for guests visiting the DI facility.
Please note that Doolittle Institute hosts many meetings, including leadership from different organizations. We request that guests dress in business casual attire.
- This precludes casual attire, including non-organizational t-shirts, shorts, and inappropriate footwear. There are exceptions to this policy, which should be discussed with the Operations Support Manager prior to the meeting start date.
All guests are required to sign in daily for safety and security purposes.
Alcohol and the use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, and smokeless tobacco, are strictly prohibited within the event space. Event organizers are responsible for communicating and enforcing this policy to ensure an alcohol and tobacco-free environment for all attendees.
