Non-Linear Optics

You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Non-Linear Optics Meeting being held at the Univeristy of New Mexico in the Rotunda. The University of New Mexico is located at 801 University Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The address of the Rotunda is 801 University Blvd. SE on the 1st floor on the East side of the building. We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration and logistical information for this meeting will be handled through this Web site. Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, September 7, 2012. There will be no registration fee for the meeting, but it is still very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned so that the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees. The registration desk will be open thirty minutes before the start of the meeting each day. Participants will be responsible for their own meals, but there are many options in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood.

HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms is being planned for the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndam at the government rate. The block should open Monday, May 21, 2012 and the cut off day will be August 21, 2012. Reservation can be made by calling in 1-505-242-1555.

Albuquerque International Sunport is located at 2200 Sunport Blvd. SE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106. It is approximately four (4) miles south of the central business district, east of Interstate 25.

From the North: Interstate 25 south to the Sunport Boulevard exit (#221); east on Sunport to the front of the terminal. Signage directs motorists to arrival and departure level roadways and to short and long term, on-airport parking.
