    • Many of our veterans who served our country overseas were exposed to toxins – burn pits, agent orange, and other hazards.  This led to many veterans developing health conditions long after they came home. The PACT Act expanded health care and benefits for millions of veterans and their surviving family members – including Vietnam-era, Gulf War-era, and Post-9/11 veterans.
    • The VA wants eligible veterans and their family members to apply for PACT Act benefits and care right now.
