About PRO Health
Welcome to PRO Health, a self-care and educational program designed by the 374th Medical Group in collaboration with the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP.)
This program focuses on educating our military population on preventive medicine recommendations, providing self-care tools to assist in faster recovery when unhealthy, and helping members optimize their health for increased productivity and more consistent medical readiness. Many military members seek medical appointments for issues that can be easily managed with preventive education and/or self-care education (ie. sleep issues, seasonal allergies, shaving issues, stress management, minor aches, pains, etc). This in turn leads to decreased access to medical care and limited medical appointments, our patients are left waiting weeks for appointments.
Our goal is to educate members and aid them in taking better care of themselves, to begin earlier self-care for minor health issues, and to support each other in preventing injuries ensuring that our AD population is medically ready for mission necessities.
