The Russia Strategic Initiative (RSI) is a Department of Defense Organization that works with organizations throughout the U.S. Government and with public and private think tanks around the world to develop a common understanding of Russian decision-making and way of war to enable leaders to make informed decisions.
The Russia Strategic Initiative, in conjunction with the George C. Marshall Center, invites your attendance to the "Understanding Russia Strategic Behavior Workshop", the capstone to the two-year project that investigated Russian Strategic Behavior and Putin's Operational Code. This workshop targets O-6 (OF-5) and below assigned to the EUCOM, AFRICOM, Components and other select invitees. This event will feature unclassified presentations as per the agenda:
This workshop will bring together the work an all-star team of Russia experts. We are excited to bring back two presenters from the November 2019 "Russia Forum" (Mark Galeotti, Dmitry Gorenburg) in addition to 6 others from RAND, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), Center for Naval Analyses (CNA), Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC), and the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO).
