A MIL-STD-3071 / Tactical Microgrid Standard (TMS) Industry Day will be held on 27 February 2025 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Participants are invited from government, industry, and academia. You may attend in person or online. US Citizenship is required for attendance in person unless special accommodations can be arranged at least 30 days in advance.

MIL-STD-3071 with Change Revision 1 has been approved and published. Please find this new version on the DLA ASSIST website or in the document section of the TMS User Group. It is critical to update all instances of TMS you are currently using and please use for all ongoing/future TMS applications.

The TMS User Group site connects the Government and the public for information sharing/dissemination on MIL-STD-3071, the Tactical Microgrid Standard (TMS). The site will be used as a single entry point to the Tactical Microgrid Standard ecosphere where the public, vendors, partners, other services, and industry will come to get the latest information they will need.
The site hosts the current published MIL-STD, upcoming approved changes to the standard (through work requests), support resources, and provides announcement space for important TMS topics.
