• To inform deploying units, trainers, and scenario writers of the plans, activities, and the execution of the mission by a lone wolf bomber/shooter.
• To identify the meticulous planning and patience taken by Anders Behring Breivik before he undertook his mission.
• To identify the timeline and some of the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) used by Breivik when he conducted his attacks.
