Training & Development Council Lines of Effort

Collect opportunities for development by identifying talent within for train-the-trainer events. Advertise visiting talent to ensure maximum exposure.

Distribute those opportunities to our Total Force population (2.7K) via our dynamic calendar, weekly newsletter, and our sub-council leaders.

Assist in building partnerships with other Department of Defense, Government, academic and private partners to enhance training and develop Airmen.

Assess the needs of our population with proven, data-driven survey tools. Constantly evaluate Warhawk University’s operations and successes.

 
Who are we?

A system to manage and maximize training and learning resources within the 37th Training Wing by sharing them across the groups and with mission partners. Volunteers from the Training & Development Council work together to build and maintain monthly events to give Airmen opportunities to grow in their personal and professional lives.
