The U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) Chiefs of Defense (CHoD) conference is AFRICOM J5's annual event which provides an opportunity to enhance relationships, encourage partnerships, and discuss shared visions for the future of multinational coordination, operations, and interoperability in Africa.
