The U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific and Indonesian Marine Corps co-hosted Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium 2023 will take place in Bali, Indonesia, 10-14 July. The purpose of PALS 23 is to bring together senior Marine Corps, naval infantry and military leaders from Allied and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific. The event is an important opportunity to forge relationships amongst the region’s amphibious community of practice. Panel discussions and keynote addresses at PALS 23 will discuss key aspects of amphibious operations, leading through force modernization and the importance of multilateral interoperability. This event achieves U.S. INDOPACOM theater objectives and positions the Navy-Marine Corps team as a beneficial partner for expeditionary and amphibious operations, tactics, techniques and procedures development.
PALS 23’s theme is, “Multilateral amphibious contributions to maritime security in the Indo-Pacific”.
