If you have any data on APAN you would like to keep, please download it now. See this blog post for instructions on downloading content from a Verint group:  https://community.apan.org/support/b/blog/posts/how-to-export-content-from-verint-groups  The APAN team is available to assist, but time is short. 

 

SharePoint sites have no feature available for mass downloads. To download content faster than one file at a time, please submit a request for help from the APAN Support Team at this link:  https://esms.mpe.af.mil/mpco.  APAN staff will download your data and send it to you via DoD SAFE. 

 

Verint group owners must download their own data using the "Export Group" function. This function sometimes fails in large groups, so please test this and submit a ticket on the APAN Help Desk ticket system if your export fails. 

 

If you need to download recordings of Adobe Connect sessions, you will need to use the "Make Offline" feature and let each recording run for it's total run time.
