How to Participate

Webinar Training Sessions

Mark your calendars! The series kicks off on Friday, February 16, 2024 and runs for 10 consecutive Fridays, concluding on April 19, 2024. Join virtually from 0830 to 0900 U.S. Eastern Time each week for interactive sessions designed to help you tackle real-world challenges and stay ahead of the curve. No registration is required!

 

APAN Study Group

Your input matters! While the APAN Trainers have some exciting topics in mind, you are encouraged to submit your suggestions for desired training topics in the APAN SME Training group. Share what's most relevant to you and it will be incorporated into the training!

Please note - you will need to request access to join the APAN SME Training group. This is also where session recordings and resources will be shared.

 

APAN University

New to APAN?

APAN offers weekly learning opportunities to novice or experienced users who need help getting started or using APAN. Virtual training is offered every Monday through Friday (EXCEPT Tuesdays and U.S. Federal Holidays) from 1200 to 1300 U.S. Eastern Time. No registration or RSVP required.

 

New Community Owners

Prior to assuming ownership of an APAN community (SharePoint site or Verint group), newly assigned community owners are required to take a 90-minute Community Owner Training. This virtual training is offered on Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 1:30pm U.S. Eastern Time.
