Counseling:
As a CSFL participant, you may schedule a counseling meeting with your Career Readiness Counselor at any time. We can assist you with your career readiness needs you may have. Some of these needs may include: resume guidance, job interview tools, mock interview activities, creating your 12-month budget and more. A one-on-one counseling meeting is tailored towards your needs and goals.
12 Month Budget/Spend Plan:
We provided guidance on how to create the proper 12 month budget/spend plan. Creating this financial plan is a mandatory requirement within a soldier's first year.
Resume Guidance:
There are several resume types and it is important to know which resume template is right for the job you are applying for. We can help you create/revise your resume to ensure that your skills and abilities are highlighted.
Job Interview Guidance:
We can help you prepare for an upcoming interview. This is done through interview familiarization and mock interviews.
Briefings:
Career Readiness Counselors provide briefings at different events. These briefings focus on career readiness skills. For more information on when and where these briefings take place, contact your counselor today.
Assess/Review Form 2958:
If you are seeking service to complete 2958, we can review the form with you and make an assessment of your needs/make recommendations on how to meet the requirements.
