This site is CAC or PIV enabled. Ensure that you select your “EMAIL” Certificate when logging into the intelshare page.
This site does not provide completions. REMEMBER to take a screen capture of the Certificate Page. Currently the print button does not work; however, Right-mouse click in the margins of the Certificate and a dialog box appears. Select PRINT (Ctrl+P). The Print dialog box appears. Ensure the LAYOUT is LANDSCAPE so the certificate prints without missing information.
Step 1: Open Chrome Internet Browser
Step 2: copy and paste the DFAS Training Page into the address bar and PRESS the Enter Key

Step 3: Select link located on the left side of web page. Note: CAC/PIV email certificate preferred.
Step 4: On the DFAS Portal page, select the required Training title
Step 5: Progress through the training until exam is passed and certificate page is displayed.
Step 6: IMPORTANT: Print button is currently not working; however perform a screen capture or right-mouse click in the margins to open a browser dialog box - The Print dialog box appears.
Step 7: Select the Print command in the dialog box. NOTE: Ensure the LAYOUT is set to LANDSCAPE so the certificate prints without missing information.
