About Us

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a Department of Defense wide program to support retention and career for the Service Member, operational readiness for the Command, and solution focused support customized for the family.

Fleet and Family EFMP Family Support Case Liaisons (elective services) support your family’s goals and action steps/service plans, coordinate with the community, and the Command POC.
