Summary

Duties

  • You will determine the adequacy of building services, furnishings, fixtures and schedule improvements.
  • You will evaluate family housing program practices to recommend future program improvements.
  • You will maintain automated database for statistical and historical information relating to family housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.
  • You will discuss resident concerns to identify and resolve housing issues or problems.
  • You will investigate housing facilities to resolve complex occupant concerns and complaints.
  • You will create written documents to outline recommendations for modifications or alterations
