The APAN Team has been working hard in the background to improve the Single Sign On capabilities across all APAN services. As part of this modernization, we will be migrating all files and groups on Portal for ArcGIS. If in this migration you find that you have lost access to your files or groups on ArcGIS let us know either by ticket (https://community.apan.org/support/p/contact) or by replying to this announcement. As an additional reminder, if you don’t log in to Portal for ArcGIS on APAN at least every 90 days, your Portal account will be downgraded to the "Viewer" role.
Going forward, once a user is granted Publisher or Group Manager privileges, we will add them as a user to this MAPUG group to ensure GIS users are aware of changes to the system and any new announcements.
