The APAN Team has recently finished their upgrade of our Single Sign On software and for users of the Portal for ArcGIS on APAN, we request that all login. Once you have logged in, do not be alarmed if any content you had previously is not there. We will need to transfer the content from your old Portal account to your new one. In order to get your content transferred please put in a ticket with the subject line "Portal Content Transfer". This will be flagged by our Help Desk and added to our queue for transfer. If no action is taken within the next 2 weeks (19DEC2022), we will remove the content associated with the old account and any associated groups that are owned. Your account will also be downgraded to Viewer.

In summary, take the following steps:

  1. Login to Portal for ArcGIS
  2. Create a ticket here with the "Subject Line" stating "Portal Content Transfer"
  3. Once we have transferred your content we will respond via the ticketing system to inform you that your content has been transferred.
