We have reached out to some of our more active users who have content on our ArcGIS Portal about logging in to get their content transferred. We still have a large number of users who will lose their content and privileges if they do not login, we are providing one more opportunity to take the following steps in order to maintain your current access and content. 

Please take the following steps in order to maintain your access at the Publisher or Group Manager level on Portal for ArcGIS on APAN.

  1. Login to Portal for ArcGIS
  2. Create a ticket here with the "Subject Line" stating "Portal Content Transfer"
  3. Once we have transferred your content we will respond via the ticketing system to inform you that your content has been transferred.
