Thanks for letting us know. We are looking into your issue at this time. For everyone else's awareness, we have recently optimized our Portal for ArcGIS setup and are working through issues as we encounter them. Please as Mr. Styles stated, open an Incident (Fix Something) in our Ticketing system. In the meantime, we will go after this issue aggressively today and hopefully have it resolved soon.
