Connecting APAN Portal to ArcGIS Pro desktop

I've tried adding the Portal to Pro, but it doesn't connect (no way to enter username/password). I'm not sure if the current APAN authentication process is causing a disconnect.

  • Jason - At this time ArcGIS Pro cannot connect to the APAN Portal. Could you submit a ticket in Service Now for this so you can track it and we can notify you when we start working on a resolution? I do not have an ETA for you at this time though.

    This really hampers operations, as there are some processes that are better and more easily done in desktop versus directly through portal. For example, trying to build new feature classes is far easier in desktop.
