Receive CE Credit

Registration for CME/CE will open on 0800 ET on 5 November 2024 and must be completed no later than 9 December 2024. Testing is available beginning on 8 November 2024. To receive CE/CME credit or certificate of attendance for 2024 Health and Readiness Symposium you must complete the program posttest and evaluation within 45 days to receive your credit or certificate.  The posttest and evaluation will be available through 23 December 2024 at 2359 ET. Please complete the following steps to obtain CE/CME credit:

1. Go to URL https://www.dhaj7-cepo.com/.
2. Search for your course using the “Catalog”, “Calendar”, or “Find” a course search tool.
3. Click on the “Registration Course” tab.
4. If you have previously used CEPO CMS, click login.
5. If you have not previously used the CEPO CMS click register to create a new account.

7. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the post-activity assessments:
8. Read the Accreditation Statement
9. Complete the Evaluation
10. Take the Posttest
11. After completing the posttest at 80% or above, your certificate will be available for print or download.
