Integrated Dictionary - working level

Is anyone using or aware of an Integrated Dictionary (ID) for MBSE? We have a very high level ID that is being developed at the mission, command level. That isn't helping me at the component, working level. It would be better to share it than starting from scratch. If you have one is there a team assigned to maintaining it?

For example:
port -
harbor for a mission level model,
hardware port for a network device,
a logical allocation in a network protocol,
a direction to turn,
a side of a ship or aircraft,
type of wine,
etc.

Stuart, SPAWAR has been working an Integrated Dictionary that the cross-SYSCOM SESG is looking for people across the SYSCOMs to use. The lead for it is Michele Cott (michele.cott@navy.mil) 843-218-5978. See if you can get in touch with her and see if what you are looking for has already been captured. They have already defined a governance process for new content, so depending on what you are working on that may also apply.

Thank you. I've met with Michele, she is working top down, mission, command level and will not get to the working level in the foreseeable future. In the mean time we need to model from the bottom up.
