Proposal: To stand up a Model Libraries Working Group (MLWG) to integrate SysML model libraries for reusable model elements across the DoD.

MLWG Mission: Develop a DoD Model Library with standard interfaces, signals, glossaries, opaque behaviors, and metrics tables that can be leveraged by any DoD organization using SysML
