My service member is in their negotiation window. Does my service member have to update the EFM’s enrollment even though the EFM’s case doesn’t expire until 12 months from now?

Yes. Contact your assigned EFMP Case Liaison, Command EFMP POC, or the MTF EFMP Coordinator for re-enrollment guidance and documents.
