The Ministry of Public Health on Monday reported 1,847 new positive cases of COVID-19 out of 4,629 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The ministry also reported 78 deaths and 670 recoveries from COVID-19 in the same period.
Afghanistan has so far recorded 105,749 positive cases and 4,293 deaths from COVID-19.
