How do I join a group?

Sir/Maam can I join to SPARX group but dont know how. Can someone help me with this?

i access the sparx site to connect via another members profile. I searched Sparx, and i literally scrolled down to someone that was in the Sparx group, clicked their profile, within it clicked sites and it came up "Sparx Connect" screen like from vclass, I clicked the join, and filled in my information
