First-a shout out to Dr. Amy Zalman for bringing this study to my attention.

A 2017 Global Human Capital Trends Study by Deloitte explored how the digital transformation is impacting the business landscape.  The study finds that successful organizations of the future will likely be those that can move faster, adapt more quickly, learn more rapidly, and embrace dynamic career demands.  Key findings:\

-High performing organizations operate as empowered networks, coordinated through culture, information systems, and talent mobility.

-Redesigning the organization based on studying and developing new models is extremely important.

-Replacing "for whom do you work" with "with whom do you work" is a sign of a successful organization.

Here is the piece for all of our stakeholders to think about:  Only 11% of surveyed respondents believed that they know how to build the organizations of the future.  This is where our E-Interns can really help us out.
