A US Army panel on MegaCities was organized to present and inspire the audience on a discussion of how the Army would operate within a dense urban area and the inherent challenges of operating within such an environment. The panel was moderated by Mr. Rose and included COL Duggan, COL (R) Felix and Dr. Krakowa Richmond.
