Daniel Newport has a Bachelor's Degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University Of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College Of Engineering, is Level III Certified in Systems Engineering and has worked at U.S. Army TARDEC as an engineer for 23 years. Dr. Robert Smith is a Research Engineer in the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
