recent incidents involving Threats using varied tactics,
techniques, and procedures (TTP) to attack individual
and group targets, disrupt infrastructure, or attempt to
coerce a society. TRISA and its Complex Operational
Environment and Threat Integration Directorate (CTID)
describe current and future CONDITIONS that represent
challenges and opportunities for training readiness and
adaptive Army leadership.
