Work for the Cabinet Office a UK Government Department that coordinates cross departmental exercises and am part of their Red Team. Attended Ft Leavenworth in June 2018 and did the Red Team Practitioner course.

Good luck on your efforts. I completed RTMC during my electives period of CGSC in-resident in 2018; currently a Citizen-Soldier (part time) for HHC, 54th SFAB and a Chicago Police Officer (full time).

Have you attempted reaching out to UFMCS? I'd be surprised if they don't keep a list of graduates.

Also, shouldn't some HRC wiz be able to provide a list of ASI 7J/ 7G Soldiers?
