Welcome!

Welcome to the USAG Redstone Arsenal Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the components of the Army Substance Abuse Program at Redstone Arsenal.

The Employee Assistance Program assists employees, family members and family members of active duty military to resolve all types of personal and workplace issues. No one goes through life without problems. Relationship conflicts, substance use, anxiety, work and financial stressors, disappointments or losses can affect a person’s quality of life, work performance and physical/emotional well-being.

Professional consultation and training to work organizations, supervisors, and team members are also available to enhance the work environment and improve employee/team performance. Services include facilitation, coaching, constructive confrontation, and referral.

Information and communication between an employee and the EAP is strictly confidential under federal law and Army Regulation 600-85.

An employee or family member does not have to be referred to the EAP. Just call for a confidential appointment.
