Hi Steven, The DRC participants just got their authorization from the President Office to attend the Exercise in Madagascar. I'm trying to get the ticket for them. i hope the Perdiem will be paid from your side.

The DRC participants to the AE16 are still waiting for the Authorization from the President office. I talked to them today, they promised for tomorrow the final decision. I will get back to you tomorrow by COB to give you a feedback. Albert K.
