The exercise is upon us, in a week's time we will be together in Lusaka for the opening ceremonies of AE 13.
I am sending this message to each of the Regional Working Groups so as to alert all participants that APAN is going to be used during the course of the exercise and that it would be a good thing for all of you to monitor during the course of your exercise the Regional Working Group to which you belong .
