When asked for why you want to join simply state that you are an AFRICA ENDEAVOR member and you would like to learn about PE.
PACIFIC ENDEAVOR is focusing this year exclusively on how to achieve interoperability in a disaster or crisis event. There's quite a bit of discussion going on within the PE group that I am sure you will all find interesting.
