It gives great pleasure to be able to report to all that the Procedural Working Group has began in earnest its work in advance of the Main Planning Conference scheduled for the first week of February. The efforts of the Procedural Working Group are going to be crucial to the overall success of Africa Endeavor 2013.
The Procedural Working Group is at this moment evaluating the formatted messages that were used during the exercise Kwanza 2010 and other exercises sponsored by the African Union.
