Work is progressing in the development of the scenario for Africa Endeavor 2013. At the request of the particpants in last year exercise, Africa Endeavor 2012, we are considering changing the scenario from the one we used last year to one involving at lot more communications issues.
This is going to create some challenges for us and we will be soliciting strong participation from many of you in the final development of the injects into the Master Event Scenario List (MESL).
In addition, if you any of you has any suggestions for the development of the scenario, I strongly urge you to communicate with me privately at patrick.r.ganne.ctr@mail.mil .
