To assist you and your colleagues with the use of APAN Mail (https://mail.apan.org), we developed the APAN Mail Tips. This one page guide provides answers to frequently asked questions and provides helpful tips to consider when using this email capability.

In an effort to answer your most frequently asked APAN questions, we have developed the APAN Troubleshooting Tips in English and Spanish. This one page document serves as a quick guide to general use and registration questions you and your colleagues may have.

There are various ways to search for content on APAN. The box on the top right side of the page is the key to finding content throughout APAN.

There are additional filtering options when using the search box on APAN from any page. When you enter the word and click ‘Enter’ on your keyboard, you will be prompted to the results page. From there, you can use the filters on the top right to sort content by "Most Relevant…

Skip the search function every time you log in; instead, add the groups that you are most active in as a favorite. This is very helpful when you are a member of several groups or need a quick way to navigate to the group.

Navigate to one of your preferred groups, click on ‘Add this group as Favorite’ on the group’s homepage (top right side).
