This page is a proof of concept for converting original articles from PDF format into a text format so the content can be posted into html. The goal is to make it searchable and allow the FMSO / OE Watch community greater access to content. Once content has been located in HTML format, the original PDF format can be downloaded using the link provided in most articles. The PDF formatted articles contain multi-media files (drawings, images, maps, etc) that may enhance the viewer's experience.
