Unmasking Loneliness & Social Isolation

We can all agree the past year has been full of challenges.  Some people may have flourished being more secluded at home, others may have experienced loneliness and still continue to do so. This class will discuss:  immediate and long term impacts of loneliness and social isolation, identifying opportunities for connection, and tools and resources for seeking support.
