We kindly ask that all users submit a Request for No Interruption (RNI) to the APAN helpdesk via the ticket system whenever planning exercises, conferences, workshops, or large-scale events where APAN applications will be utilized.
If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create a ServiceNow account (more details here). Once your account is set up, navigate to "Request Something" and locate the "Request No Interruption" service catalog item.
Submitting an RNI ensures that:
We can try to avoid system maintenance or upgrades from being scheduled during critical events such as exercises, ensuring uninterrupted access.
We can actively monitor system performance during your event and provide timely assistance should any technical difficulties arise.
With regular monthly maintenance periods and planned system upgrades occurring in the coming months, it is crucial that all event details are submitted in advance. This allows us to coordinate maintenance schedules effectively and ensure minimal disruption to your activities.
