How do I use this KB? 

This knowledge base is divided into sections:

  • Account Administration - Locate content about registration, password resets, email notifications, usernames, display names, etc.
  • Groups- Within each main topic the group content is divided into member and owner sections; this content also follows curriculum methodology with 100 and 200 levels being beginner level and 300 and 400 levels for owners who may wish to customize their group and learn more advanced techniques on how to use the system.
  • Sites - Within each main topic the site content is divided into member and owner sections; this content also follows curriculum methodology with 100 and 200 levels being beginner level and 300 and 400 levels for owners who may wish to customize their site and learn more advanced techniques on how to use the system.
  • Features & Services - Locate content about extra services APAN provides.  This content works in conjunction with either Groups or Sites.
  • Support - Information on how to contact APAN, instructions on how to submit a support ticket or how to enroll in APAN University coursework can be found here.

Both the Groups and Sites sections can also be used for training purposes.  If you follow each numbered article in order, you'll quickly become an APAN expert!
