TO All APAN USERS,

The APAN team needs to perform an emergency ASI on Adobe Connect services to facilitate increased customer demand due to crisis response support for fires, hurricanes, and ongoing operations.  The emergency ASI will start TODAY 09/16/2020 at 1230 HST and will end at 1330 HST.

Hosts should close down your Adobe Connect room properly by ENDING YOUR MEETING by 1230 HST.  

As a Host, in the Adobe Connect menu bar, select Meeting > End Meeting.

REMINDER - ANY MEETING OVER 100+ PEOPLE SHOULD BE COORDINATED WITH APAN TO ENSURE PROPER OVERALL PLANNING AND APAN SUPPORT. Create a ticket to notify us or let us know if you need assistance.
